Application of WPL6 elbow in pipeline

1. Welding: all pressure pipelines, such as gas, steam, air, vacuum and other pipelines, shall be welded as much as possible. If the pipe diameter is greater than 32mm and the thickness is more than 4mm, electric welding shall be adopted; Gas welding shall be adopted for those with thickness less than 3.5mm. Electric welding shall not be used for compensator

2. Socket welding: for pipe connection with high sealing requirements, socket welding should be used instead of threaded connection as much as possible. This structure is stable and convenient for construction

3. Flange connection: applicable to pipe connection with large pipe diameter and high sealing requirements, such as vacuum pipe; It is also applicable to the connection of glass, plastic, valves and pipes or equipment

4. Threaded connection: generally applicable to welded steel pipes, galvanized welded steel pipes or rigid polyvinyl chloride plastic pipes with pipe diameter ≤ 50mm (indoor exposed water supply pipes can be ≤ 150mm), working pressure lower than 1.0MPa and medium temperature ≤ 100 ℃ connected with pipes or threaded valves and pipe fittings

5. Socket connection: applicable to buried or wall laid water supply and drainage pipes, such as cast iron pipes, ceramic pipes, asbestos cement pipes and pipes or pipe fittings Connection of valves. Asbestos cement, asphalt mastic, cement mortar, etc. are used as seals, with working pressure ≤ 0.3MPa and medium temperature ≤ 60 ℃

6. Socket bonding: It is applicable to the connection of various plastic pipes (such as ABS pipes, glass steel pipes, etc.) with pipes, valves, and pipe fittings. The adhesive is applied to the external surface of the insertion pipe, and then inserted into the socket. After curing, it is integrated, which is convenient for construction and has good airtightness

7. Ferrule connection: it is applicable to the connection of metal pipe and metal pipe fittings or non-metal pipe fittings and valves with pipe diameter ≤ 42mm. A gasket is added in the middle, which is convenient for construction and disassembly. It is generally used for instruments, control systems, etc

8. Clamp connection: applicable to clean materials, with the advantages of convenient, powerful, economical and practical installation and removal
