P91 elbow

P91 elbow is the main pipe fitting equipment in industrial production and life. There are many precautions when using and maintaining P91 elbow. 1. P91 elbows stored for a long time should be regularly inspected. The exposed processing surface should be kept clean and neatly stored in a ventilated and dry place indoors. It is strictly prohibited to stack or store P91 elbows in the open air. Always keep P91 elbows dry and ventilated, keep the retainer clean and tidy, and store them according to the correct storage method

2. When installing, P91 elbow can be directly installed on the pipe according to the connection method or installed according to the use position. Under normal circumstances, it can be installed anywhere in the pipeline, but it requires easy control inspection. Please note that the medium flow direction of P91 elbow should be in the lower direction of the longitudinal valve flap, and the stainless steel alloy elbow can only be installed horizontally. During the installation of stainless steel alloy elbow, attention shall be paid to the sealing to prevent scouring and leakage, which may affect the normal operation of the pipeline

3. P91 elbow valve packing gland bolts should be tightened evenly, and should not be pressed into the bending state, so as to avoid bumping, hindering the movement of the valve stem or causing leakage

4. When using P91 elbow ball valves, globe valves and gate valves, they can only be fully opened or closed. They are not allowed to adjust the flow to avoid corrosion of the sealing surface and accelerated wear. Gate valve and upper thread globe valve are equipped with reverse sealing device, and the handwheel is screwed and tightened to prevent medium leakage from the packing

5. P91 elbow should use handwheel, do not use lever or other tools, to avoid damaging valve parts, turn the handwheel clockwise to close it, and vice versa. The method and means shall be used properly

6. P91 elbow valve packing gland bolts should be tightened evenly, and should not be pressed into the bending state, so as not to block the movement of the valve stem or cause leakage. 7. Alloy elbow should always be kept clean during use. Transmission threads need to be lubricated on schedule. In case of any fault, it should be stopped immediately to find out the cause of the fault
