Precautions for use of WPL3 elbow

WPL3 elbow is suitable for pipeline systems in petroleum, natural gas, chemical industry, hydropower, construction, boiler and other industries. It does not require pipe blank as raw material, which can save the cost of pipe making equipment and mold. It can be deeply used by any elbow with large diameter and thin wall thickness. It is suitable for on-site processing of large standard elbows. As a blank for flat or developable surfaces, it is simple to cut and easy to protect the accuracy. Easy assembly and welding

I. In the welding process of WPL3 elbow, repeated heating will precipitate carbides, reducing its corrosion resistance and mechanical properties

II. After welding, WPL3 elbow has good hardness and is easy to crack. When the high-pressure elbow of the same model is used for welding, it shall be preheated above 300 ℃ and slowly cooled at 700 ℃ after welding. When the weldment cannot undergo post weld heat treatment, high pressure elbow welding rod shall be used

III. In order to prevent eye corrosion caused by heating, the welding current should not be too large, about 20% less than that of carbon steel electrode, the arc should not be too long, the intermediate layer should be cooled at a suitable speed, and the weld should be narrow

WPL3 elbow production process:

(1) The stamping process is efficient, easy to operate, and easy to realize mechanization and automation. This is because stamping is completed by * stamping die and stamping equipment. The ordinary press can travel dozens of times per minute, and the high-speed pressure can reach hundreds or even thousands of times per minute, and each stamping stroke may be deeply affected by one stamping part

(2) In general, stamping does not produce chips and chips, consumes less materials, and does not require other heating equipment. It is a material saving and energy-saving processing method, and the cost of stamping parts is low

(3) Stamping can process parts with large size range and complex shape, such as clocks and watches, and even automobile longitudinal beams and panels. In addition, the cold deformation hardening effect of materials during stamping makes the stamping strength and stiffness higher
